This Privacy Policy explains how Afdani ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Afdani website, Afdani mobile app, Afdani Driver mobile app, and related services (together, the "Service").
We may collect account details, contact information, business profile data, device information, usage data, and content you submit through forms, messaging, or support requests.
If you use marketplace, ERP, or contact features, we may also process images, transaction data, and operational records that you choose to enter into the platform.
If you use Afdani Driver, we collect driver profile and vehicle details, trip and delivery activity, current device location while you are online or handling an active trip, and device identifiers or push-notification tokens needed to deliver trip requests and important service notifications. Location collection stops when the relevant driver feature is off, subject to technically necessary processing of recent trip records.
We use information to provide and improve the Service, manage accounts, process requests, maintain security, send important notifications, and respond to support inquiries.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to analyze performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve the user experience.
For Afdani Driver, location is used to match nearby drivers with requests, show and update live trip progress, support routing and safety features, and verify trip events. Push tokens are used only to deliver trip requests, trip updates, messages, and other relevant alerts.
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers that help us run the platform, or when required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect our rights and users.
When a delivery is active, necessary details such as driver name, vehicle information, pickup and delivery status, and live location may be shown to the sender or recipient of that delivery. We use infrastructure providers for authentication, hosting, maps, push notifications, and communications, subject to their own security and privacy practices.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, including trip, payment, safety, fraud-prevention, and tax records. Push tokens are removed when they are unregistered or no longer valid. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time, subject to data we must retain by law or for legitimate dispute and safety purposes.
You can update account details where supported, request assistance, and choose not to provide certain optional information. Some features may not work without required data.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
